new lola! “
Three
weeks before the new season will start at Brazil, the F3000 community came to
Imola for another official FIA-tests.
Ricardo
Mauricio set pace a day one, when Patrick Friesacher was fourth, just two tenth
of a second behind the Red Bull team-mate from Brazil.
Yesterday,
both drivers had some set-up problems in the morning.
Ricardo
M.:” We had some problems with the new tyres. We both didn’t feel any
difference in between old and new tyres. We still have al lot of work, to
understand all the details of the new Lola! But the team is quite confident just
three weeks before the season will start at my home Grand Prix! “
Late
in the afternoon, Patrick Friesacher found himself back on top of the field,
when he fixed third-fastest time of session 4. “I could have been much
quicker, but I had a bad mistake at my fastest lap!
Fastest
man of Imola – Rodrigo Sperafico (Durango): 1.36,879!
