FIA F.3000 International Championship 2002 - Barcellona qualifying practice:
Pantano 3^rd (1.33.081), Toccacelo 8^th (1.33.377): Coloni Motorsport’s drivers confirm their good Imola’s performances! 

Coloni Motorsport: “We’re very pleased about the pace we have here with our two drivers. Pantano was very quick and took a good third position, just three tenths behind the pole. He confirmed the Imola’s second row. Giorgio, after Interlagos, has always been in the front: we expect a lot from him. We are happy also by the performance of Toccacelo. It was unfortunate that Enrico did a little mystake with his first set of new tyres, when the track was fastest. Without this problem, Toccacelo was able to take the 2nd row. Both drivers were very quick with old tyres. Now, we are looking forward confident to the race. We are proud to have two italian drivers in the top eight: the italian colours will shine in Barcellona ” 

Giorgio Pantano: “The car worked well. I am satisfied with my 2^nd row, expecially because I did a little mystake in my fastest lap. I think that will be a realistic possibility to battle for the win, because in race conditions my Lola is extremely stable and I will start the race on new tyres. I will start to achieve a prestigious result.” 

Enrico Toccacelo: “The car was easy to drive today and I am happy with his handling. I am a little bit disappointed because in my quickest lap I did a little mystake and I did not use well my first set of new tyres. In the 2^nd outing, the track was slower and I did not have the possibility to sign a good time. Anyway, I am confident with the race. the start will be extremely important.”
