F3000 CHAMPIONSHIP 2001. ROUND 4, A1-CIRCUIT, SPIELBERG, 01-05-12

Facing the F3000-home Grand Prix: Flying through the air with Patrick Friesacher (Red Bull Junior Team F3000) and aerobatics world-champion Peter Besenyei (Hungary).
For the Red Bull pilots Kimi Räikkönen (Formula 1) and Patrick Friesacher (F3000) the A1-Grand Prix weekend began on Thursday with a very special experience. 
Both of the unfrightened pilots checked out the area around A1-circuit from an aerobatics-aeroplane, with one of the best pilots in the world, aerobatics GP-winner Peter Besenyei from Hungary.
"It was amazing – looping, turnarounds, flying on the backside, just inches from the ground. Incredible, how Peter handled this high-tech-plane in every situation. I also wanted to learn the A1-circuit from the air – but I was too fascinated by Peters manoeuvres.”

Tomorrow Patrick should be back on the ground, cause qualifying starts at 4.15 p.m.!
