F3000 CHAMPIONSHIP -  Qualifying, Budapest.
Both Red Bull Junior Team drivers at top six! Ricardo Mauricio (Red Bull Junior Team F3000) with a strong qualifying: Third position for the Hungary-specialist! 
"I´ll try to defend my third place from last year – and the chances are better than expected!”
Team-mate Patrick Friesacher also with good chances for points:          6^th place at the grid!

Poleposition for Justin Wilson (GB)! 

Ricardo Mauricio (Red Bull Junior Team F3000) definitely wants to repeat his fine performance of last years race at Budapest. Today’s afternoon the young driver of Brazil again showed a tough qualifying. Mauricio as a the new “Hungarian specialist” will start tomorrow at the third position. 

Dr. Helmut Marko: "I am happy for Ricardo – he  did a fine job at a very difficult qualifying, with changing conditions and very high temperatures. Maybe he does like the Hungarian summers very well! Even Patrick showed a very strong qualifying – 6^th position after some problems at the first session.

Too much overstearing and some spins. But  then everything went fine and Patrick could go more aggressively. Hungary is a very good country for our team. Last year´s Red Bull F3000-qualifying:  5. Mauricio, 6. Bernoldi. So, maybe we are facing again some points!” Poleposition: Justin Wilson followed by Mark Webber.
